In the current jungle revival you don't hear much hardstep tunes. Here's tough & hardened one to put your screwface on. Previously known as 'Jbb34'. 🧈🧈🧈 STREAM/BUY

Show the video from YT. If your short film night is 1st May, then I'm afraid that I don't have time to make subtitles for that :(

This one is like sped up garage house: Another idea worth doing more. Or what about happy hc with deep house sounds?

Also on the melodic side, there's this nice bells-melody in intro. In revival jungle you mostly hear euphoric/soothing chords - I'm also guilty in overusing them tho lol. And I love how the track samples vocal from eurodance, rather than from the usual house/rnb. Orginal one btw:

Original jungle tunes still inspires me when I make jungle tracks. With revival jungle, you kinda have formula which is followed, rather than producers just trying new things. I believe there's still room for exploration in the genre, even in the humble sine bass. The track below is good...

That's proper euro techno! Sounds kinda like new beat. Has more character than you average random Soundcloud track.

...and another one: This is '96-style techstep/Metalheadz-style tune, inspired by Dillinja's Vicious.

Trip to somewhere else for a while. 'Come Down Selektah's uniqueness comes from the emphasis on jungle's melodic elements. Exotic and lush vibes without forgetting jungle's danger. Previously known as 'Jbb33' (my entry for Jungle Beat Battles) 🌴🌴🌴 STREAM/BUY>

Interesting turning point in jungle/dnb's history: breakbeats were switched to 2step beat, but the crowd in rave were still multicultural and there were a lot of girls. Maybe a year on and many of the blacks and girls moved to UKG? Also, compared to '94, fashion had turned into Y2K

'4 Da Ruff Cause EP' is versatile four tracks of ruff and streetwise jungle sound. Despite the ruffness, you can immerse yourself in carefully chosen and produced styles and sounds. While 'I Get A Rush' opens the EP with ruff jumpup jungle style, it takes the sound to multidimensional level...
