That's like rule 1 for dubstep producers isn't it? Spend inordinate amounts of time on one bit of the internet moaning about people who spend inordinate amounts of time on a slightly different bit of the internet.

Rule 2 is that you shamelessly use forums to promote yourself but get really shirty if anyone on a forum criticises your stuff.

It's not even worth mentioning, he just treated me really nastily on twitter when I was being a dork, and I've never forgiven him, because... Fuck Zomby, you're a fucking human. You ain't someone special.

Also; until he sleeps with the sister of one of his sampling victims, and receives a front kick to the face from said victim, Zomby has yet to become Wiley.

i don't think it's clear exactly what's going on here. personally i'm not bothered - if true, one sampling indiscretion hardly amounts to much when set against his whole body of work. he is mental on twitter though.

It's not the first time he's fucked people around and acted like a dick about it, though. It doesn't make his music less good, but there are only so many times you can act like a dick about stuff in public before people start to think you're a dick.

The zomby/roska thing is fairly well documented. I also heard he had an actual fight with [one of post dubstep's leading DJs] which is how he makes many people feel about him...

I find it pretty bizarre how aggrieved people seem to be on behalf of this Reark guy, its definitely wrong of Zomby but its hardly like this kind of thing is rare in music.
