Wait, it's your birthday? I read "a birthday dinner" and assumed it was someone else's you went out for.

losing whats left of the ability to string a sentence together, becoming interminably foggy, alienating, neurotic, an impediment to free flowing relationships between human beings and a net loss for the world. basically what happened when i used to smoke weed all the time

Yes, this is part of what I meant by incapacity. Along with being unable to walk, shitting uncontrollably, etc.

deafness, prison and frogs are the main ones for me.

I'm scared by the fact that 2 in 5 adults who voted in the UK went for the party led by the open racist and homophobe but it's a different kind of fear.

when I was a child I saw a programme about a little girl who may have got a baked bean stuck behind her eye and it gave me a week of sleepless nights and I didn't touch a baked bean for years, even now I'm still cautious and I won't have them in my house even though I know it is completely irrational.

What's the frogs thing about? I quite like 'em, myself.

I had some weird sinal virus four years ago and temporarily lost my hearing, and that scared the living shit out of me, so totally get that one.

All animals are disgusting tbh but frogs are terrifying because they're the animal I'm most likely to encounter in the wild that isn't a domesticated pet that's easy to control. They're just slimy wee bastards who can jump towards you and I hope they all die

Identity theft scares me. That someone could go spend a load of money on a stolen card or whatever in your name.
Someone stole my card details and joined loads of dating agencies. I dunno if you can then claim the money on a different card or something, it seems a weird thing to do.
My fears - I'm not brave at all but I don't really have a specific worst fear. I do have lots of general fears... and I'm worried/sad about total environmental collapse although I think the worst of that may happen after I'm dead so it's not a fear for myself specifically.

I can't imagine I would enjoy it on any level. When it comes to eating meat I like McDonald's and Bernard Matthews Turkey Dinosaurs and the odd trip to Greggs and that's about it. I probably would be a vegetarian on taste and ethical grounds if I wasn't so lazy.

I don't really know. Ghosts a bit I think, at least that's the shape my general fear will assume when waking up to sudden mysterious noises or something.

I used to have recurring nightmares about being sucked up into the vacuum cleaner and being stuck inside it screaming in dread and anguish to my mum who couldn't hear me and just kept vacuuming.
