I feel like that pa salieu track could get big. I sent it my mate and he said it made him think of wyclef. I sort of see what he means, but it's got that edge.

I think this sensitive side of grime/drill is what I'm interested in, the novelist 'stay with me' school.

Have you heard of voldy moyo @bun-u ? Maybe an interesting guy for you to have a look at.

One thing I will say about listening to drill via t"he radio"
is I enjoy it more 'cos I don't have to watch the videos and think about what pillocks they are. Kinda purer experience of it as music.

Yes I like him (wasn’t familiar with him) - he seems more Young Lean than drill but nothing wrong with that

Of all the grime crews I probably do love ruff sqwad the most but as individual artists go, I love wiley.

Something weird happened with that white label classic comp tho, it didn't work.

You might wanna check out this artist 'RIP Germain' I made a thread for:

RIP Germain thread

In the video essay I link to in the first post, he talks about the disposability of black male life, with reference to getting mugged on the train for his Supreme bag, and he mentions Bis, Pop Smoke and a load of others.

Recording of Friday’s show here...features regular tech crashes and recording is a little distorted in places - so one perhaps for the über fans only!
