Collectively as a country that is what's happened

Have you been to Essex or Kent lately, it's like it never even existed

Still very strict at work for me, but that's the only place

i think actually that is what i have decided, not so much that it is fine but that it is inevitable barring some miraculous intervention. i think most of us on this island have made the same calculation and reached the same result. like, living in london, you cant think in any other way, youre on the fucking tube cheek by jowel etc

There's the non-fatal health consequences too, but biscuits is totally immune any argument involving this, so I've given up even bothering.

i dont think youre taking the question seriously enough
Are you asking me to arbitrarily define an acceptable weekly death toll?

(As an aside, I notice you're picking a bone with me, as usual, and not with biccy-boy's flu whataboutery...)

I think a better question is why the UK's death rate is higher than any other wealthy European country. The only ones with rates as high or higher are the much poorer countries in eastern Europe.

I don't think it would be a bad idea tbh, might be worth trying. But don't wanna make a big thing of it. I'm middling really.

Yeah it can have an upside. Certainly thd reason it's prevalent is cos it encourages greater use of the platform, whatever the platform might be. Gamification etc, we've talked about it before.

It was good when it came in, it's got a bit old perhaps.
