It was a cracker over Somerset. Possibly the same storm. Woke me up. Richly satisfying.
There was absolutely insane rain for like fifteen minutes at 11am yesterday morning. Ihad some stuff hanging out the window drying, it was out all night and just about dry, and then it suddenly started twatting down, I ran to the windows and pulled the stuff in but it was so heavy that in those couple of minutes everything was as wet as in if it had been thrown in a swimming pool and held to the bottom before being taken out.
