I think if we're talking about gnarly and sludgy I can give into my urge to mention Shitcluster. This is even better at the right speed, or possibly on it.

Afraid so. On vinyl and tiny files from Bandcamp but also a surprising number of the usual online retail entities. It is Bandcamp Friday though, albeit quite late in the afternoon.

I've done the final prep for my track but I'm too daft to work out where and how to send it. Here is an alternative track in case the one I can't send doesn't make the grade: I will continue to send alternative tracks until someone gives advice.
