I've had brawn which is basically a terrine made with meat from the pigs head, and its fucking lush. Had it at St Johns. I think that brawn is also called "head cheese" but not 100% on this.

All my references these days are about 15 years out of date, it happens with age.

I think the tribalism comes in part just because of groups of young men travelling about + alcohol. Of course there's going to be a ruck.
