Or to simply be miserable, which I suppose is a given.

I was thinking about this the other day, something that no doubt has come up often here. How wasting time is in its own right a resistance to capitalism, and how there is a joy to be had there, purely by virtue of wasting time that would otherwise be spent productively.

There is some newish car commercial where I believe Mindy Kaling (or some Kaling look-and-sound-alike) says "If you enjoy wasting time, is it really wasted?"

Capitalism? Lmao. Why is that any sillier than a hunter gatherer being sick of hunting and gathering firewood. Like go read Myth of Sisyphus and angst out but what are you expecting, to defy the laws of entropy?

I guess I just don't understand this thread because if I hated twitter I would just... Quit twitter, just as I never check the news or politics because I don't like the news or politics! And I just assume that labor to combat entropy is the definition of life itself, so the specific market system doesn't matter to me that radically big picture
