yeah nkisi was the thing i immediately thought of other things from last year: Ariwo - To Earth, might not be dark enough, but I feel like it fits Nihiloxica - Nilo Chug, basically (to my ears) a tribal/organic version of Prince of Denmark's phenomenal "Latenightjam"

Been following this thread as an outsider (geographically and musically), but wow: this set really is the most London™-sounding to my ears that I've heard so far.

He produced all the tracks on FKA Twigs' EP2 which is pretty great if you like that type of thing

his r&b (half) song is all about it ironically being an r&b song too which is annoyingly gimmicky as well. I didn't skip either track though
