The force of 146 IQ’s personality and his spiritual presence are important to the group, whose members are otherwise largely agnostic. 146 IQ Magical Thinker regularly performs rituals. Earlier that day while scoping out property, they stopped at a historic Ceiba tree, known as the Tree of Life

“146 IQ Magical Thinker nestled into the bosom of it and was there for 10 minutes,” Nygard says.

146 IQ Magical Thinker walked around the tree and said prayers for Puertopia, holding a rusted wrench he had picked up in the territory. He kissed an old man’s feet. He blessed a crystal in the water, as they all watched

anyone who hangs their sunglasses on the front bit of their plunging v-neck t-shirt can fuck right off, that's common knowledge.

I refuse to learn a single thing about bitcoin. I put the money in I take the money out. like a programmed ape pressing the big red button for more cocaine down feeding tube

is anyone having lasting success preventing constant intrusive thoughts about what if you'd kept those bitcoin in 2014. tips which don't involve buying more bitcoin.
i really feel for you kumar.

as a starting point i would consider the misery that people feel who wish they had BOUGHT MORE BITCOIN in the beginning than they already have. they will be kicking themselves (poor souls 😔)

think also of tulip mania.

just the phenomenon of bitcoin causes me anxiety as i'm sure it does lots of people. i really detest it.

i'd be happiest to never hear about it again. but given that it seems anyone who buys bitcoin is determined to tell everyone else that they should buy it too (and thus perpetuate and increase the value of their prior investment) that seems unlikely.

it is ironic that it was started as an antidote to capitalism - and my only good feeling about the currency is that some real internet dweeb nerd outsiders who would never had made any money will now be wealthy and perhaps in a position to do something useful with that money.

what is it about this? do you get given a manual advising you to hype the currency when you buy it? some communique which you delete.

FWIW i never bought any digital currency even though i had opportunities to.

i'm extremely faint-hearted when it comes to volatile investments. even the stock market reduced me to a jelly.

the only sensible way to invest in my opinion is:

1) VERY VERY VERY LONG TERM.
2) in things you understand and care about
3) and never look at them. close the lid of the box and come back in thirty years.

I think it's mainly because it's the best performing asset in human history, the only asset to go parabolic 3 times, and a likely source of untold philanthropy for centuries to come. i.e. very likely the biggest news in our lifetimes.

Michael saylor recently spoke about jack Dorsey's donation of 500 bitcoin to support technology and development in Africa. It could be used as collateral to support a couple hundred African developers indefinitely. It's a fantastic redistribution of wealth. All it took for humanity to save itself was making it worthwhile.

I need a way to extract myself from the game of flipping altcoins in the short term to make more bitcoin. That is the true addiction in this space. Holding on to bitcoin and watching the price is a leisurely activity by comparison.

Price has dipped considerably in the past 24 hours. So I bought some more because it's going to 100-200k this year. Going by past performance, it'll peak around 28 September, approximately 500 days after last May's halving.

No, but I still kick myself about not putting a few thousand, instead of a tenner, on Red Marauder back in the day.
