I wonder if there are nights in London that play sounds like these if not podcasts? this is how i first got into dance music and i guess i have preety much been trying to fill the void ever since!

Now there's a phrase you don't hear often.

Or, wait a minute, perhaps I'm misunderstanding you - I read that as meaning "Isn't prog house like a reliably solid old friend" but you could be asking for prog house that is both good and old. I like the first reading better.
