That’s it, just one clean sentence that starts with “Tesla” and ends with “racist”. Perfection. There are also other words in that sentence, words like “connotations”, “reference” and “discussed”. These words actually give away the game, they’re literally an admission that the author isn’t reporting on any particular racism exhibited by Musk or Tesla but is merely tying them together with a ribbon of semantics and association. But it’s OK, no one reads those words anyway, not in a sentence that has Musk and misogyny and scare quotes in it.

Musk is interesting but not in and of himself. He's interesting as a symbol and a case study and a mystery how a company can be successful despite haemorrhaging money why certain companies get pumped full of government investment how individuals are chosen as puppets to represent ideological and fantasy values, all this weird stagecraft stuff, deep politics, voodoo economics etc

What is he a front for? What confluence of interests does 'Tesla' and 'SpaceX' represent? What Nazi undead hold his puppet strings?

It would be easy to envisage him as a more refined version of the epstein "billionaire" socialite blackmailer model. Things like the mainstreaming of bitcoin for Deutsche bank money laundering 2.0 play into this model really

Not sure about the Mars/SpaceX stuff but every theory has its flaws

I would think that millions of affluent people driving cars with locked proprietary systems that send location activity back to a central server is worth a fair bit but most cars do something similar now. VW aren't really interested in me going to buy late night food but Teslas are a different world.

That only took ten minutes surely someone can come up with something better

gotta love this

Aaaah Elon Musk.

Again, am catching up here ;

Did take up the invitation to visit Space X in Hawthorne Cali. 2013
and in a few words, it was quite interesting and reality check.

Giant spindle spider machine weaving carbon fibers on one side of the 'factory' floor.
Lunch rush time for workers , many sporting ' Occupy Mars ' t's
( t'was 2013 remember ! ).
Security didn't hassle when the two kids with us took selfies next to new rockets.
Sheer size of the *ucking place.

2021 Musk.
Well ... happy he found a woman.
Then read 'Grimes' interview in Times Oooof
I mean 'C'mon kid' sometimes it is just better to not say ANYthing.

Upshot: First time that US didn't pay Vlad to help get our stuff up to the Space Station in many years.
Military Industrial cemented in place folks needed a kick up the ol'

I understand this take but it's wrong. It makes sense given the past couple years, and the Grimes thing, and his extensive, incredibly annoying fandom. But the bigger picture story is that he's a live actor in a dead game.

I know he's a professional athlete and supposed to have a ridiculous worth ethic, but very few people can maintain this in their mid 30s.
