Yeah I listened to about an hour of it. I thought I heard a bit of enya in there. Bit thumping for the bath tbh but I had a good in nonetheless

can't work out the dialogue at the beginning, but its good to hear some lines from 'scum' about 32:50. one of my all time favourite films.

weirdly i'd rather return to that now. everything is so shit now. get into a tempestuous relationship with a marketing exec then find her posts on facebook calling for eugenics after three months and just send her a message saying don't ever speak to me again no debate no 'we need to have a long talk.' just instant talak talak talak

What I find weird is third form absolutely loves it. He has these strange soft spots, relaxations in other wise stringent standards

do you think this has dated well? it was everywhere after r.i.p. but it's mostly trip hop
Parts of it have, others haven’t, but I wouldn’t call it trip hop or @luka the worst of an era (ffs). State of Flux and Primitive Painter are timelessly good, not even close to the generic bs that floated or was touted as trip hop at the time. It’s far more on the ambient or ‘horizontal tent’ tip, as we used to call it.

The mix is 27years old and reflects that short space of time between his Housier outings and Two Lone Swordsmen output, plenty of time to digest what you want to take away from it, or not.

Weatherall isn’t above criticism, but only a complete bell-end would label this the worst of an era. I can smell that shit eating grin from here, Mr Davis.
