PRO TIP:

EFM Tanzania plays singeli from about 12-4 PM EST M-F! Some of the wildest radio I've ever heard, especially the advertisement where this very posh sounding lady says "Eat Cakes. Release Stress."

This is because Warner and Sony sued TuneIn in the UK back in 2017 alleging that as TuneIn marketed radio services to the UK population it should be considered a defacto broadcaster and therefore liable to pay a licence fee.
In a nutshell, the court sided with the copyright holders and as a result TuneIn and like services (like Radio Garden etc...) run the risk of being sued if they continue to operate in the UK.
You can still listen to the internet radio stations directly however you cannot use aggregation services if they market services to UK consumers.
The official ruling can be found here: https://mediawrites.law/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/judgment.pdf
