CRANK NUTRITION.

in my experience nothing you can eat, drink, swallow, otherwise ingest will make you feel better. obviously not including drugs. so all these health foods and supplements are basically nothing more than magical tokens and our relationship with them is wholly superstitious.
you can drink kombucha, for example, and the taste is moderately pleasant, or not disgusting anyway, but it wont make you feel good, its just an article of faith that it's helping your gut flora sprout and blossom.

what makes you feel better is giving up bad things, although the effect is fairly short-lived. also yoga with Adrienne. i've just eaten some kale this is why it's on my mind.

just had some delicious siracha flavoured pretzel pieces and a massive can of energy drink, blue raspberry flavour.

i've got a can of Red Bull here too and I'm toying with the idea of drinking it just to go haywire, brain synapses crackling and snapping

i think mine are about 30kg but im a proper bodybuilder, all i care about is getting big and vascular. you're more a fitness man, thin and wiry, jumping around all over the place.

The bar I do curls with is 20kg atm. I dunno that I'll ever get into really heavy stuff as I'm not looking to get big.

i make mine as heavy as possible bascially cos i want to spend as little time as possible lifting them. ideally i'd only be able to do 1 rep.

i have started again, in a very half arsed way. do you ever just carry your weights as you pace up and down your cell like an inmate of San Quinton? technically we bodybuilders call it a farmers carry. it will give you massive traps and neck like mine.

'sets' is really where i fall down. i sit down and start reading a book or something and next thing i know 30 minutes has gone by, or even 4 hours.

That's partly why I keep moving. I do a set then pace up and down for 30 seconds then do the next set and keep going until I've done the whole routine.
