CRANK NUTRITION.

I was exceptionally skinny in my late teens and early 20s until I came off some medication and my body has never been the same since. I wouldn't say I eat wildly different now but I've gone from taking a 28-inch waist to a 34-inch waist in the past six or seven years. I hate it even though I probably do look a bit better.

Choose a well-balanced diet. Limit your alcohol intake. A good diet helps your brain and body work efficiently, too. Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. And of course, in winter, you need to take a complex of vitamins, as there are not many of them in food.

Keep seeing people warning about the dangers of seed oils. Shame they seem to be in everything.

Been a while since I looked at this because they're out of my diet, but the main problem is they're pro-inflammatory. And chronic inflammation is bad news across the board.

They were intended to reduce cholesterol, but there's absolutely no good reason you'd want to do that. Plus, they're an industrial material, heated, bleached, with traces of solvents. Seed oils are the cheap feedstock for the diseases of civilization.
