my experience is mostly just white noise. I can put a Youtube video on and feel it but it's stronger if I'm out, in the wild, and someone unexpectedly turns on a lawnmower or hair dryer, it's like an instant warm glow.

I used to get this with the old Calor gas heaters. Loved the sound they gave off, like a cross between a low-rumble cat purr and a distant avalanche.
