Aside from CIA, maybe ARPA or some ARPA auxiliary. Maybe DIA. Maybe ODNI. Maybe even just some private think tank to eventually operate in an advisory capacity. As of now I take the side of liberal democracy, ideally unto a multipolar world order but I doubt how feasible that is for the foreseeable future.
What do you mean by concrete? I mean what exists now in the U.S. to whatever degree of corruption it involves. Work with what we have. I am still a utopian and a pragmatist about what reality is to be moved toward, however ostensibly futile.100 years too late then. Mussolini and later then Hitler were the death of liberal democracy in the concrete.

I agree, and yet I can hardly claim to have confronted even a relatively significant chunk of the actual. Still somewhat early in stess-testing this method, averse to biting off too much too quickly and being unable to recover. If you want to be a utopian you'll never understand. history does not proceed by the power of utopia alone, myth is a weapon of combat, not an ideal. You must confront the actual, no matter how depressed it may make one.

That is a rate I cannot currently muster, nor do I have the specialized focus I suspect you would advise. A bit of a mess, then, but one I am borderline vocational about sorting out and operationalizing.
I probably would not let you know, for the record.well let us know if they get in touch
At any rate I would agree that my current level of commitment needs to be substantially increased. You can. install a screen reader and you can read and listen to music at the same time.
but not so much in terms of man hours but in terms of being prepared to harsh your own buzz. this is the hardest thing. At any rate I would agree that my current level of commitment needs to be substantially increased.
