A couple of Italian papers have recently reported that the Monster and the Zodiac Killer may have been the same person. Sounds ridiculous, but the whole case is bizarre, so who knows.

I'd go big and chuck the Son of Sam murders in as well ( .44 used to kill courting couples in their cars ), was probably two people at each murder, one shooter, one filming, Berkowitz as the fall guy

The only sane response to an insane world is to configure your mind around the notion that the US and multiple world powers have probed and cultivated every dark art imaginable and *unimaginable, to explore their own strengths and weaknesses and where oppositional exploits exist. The long term corpus constantly updated. *Unimaginable as opposed to a Rumsfeld unknown

Why would surreptitious and possible occult realms not be fully explored and mapped/integrated as well as possible either, in an ongoing sense? It’s the responsibility of these organisations to delve and dive accordingly, ‘by any means’ means exactly that, hence decades long MK-U programs - culture jamming psyops, assassinations, weapons development/masking ufos and propulsion systems, tech and crypto (where’s a good place to mix deep state assets?), pharma, food. Clearly, it’s evolved

Mind control short term - poorly regulated psychedelic medicine explosion creating worst of all outcomes for people it can actually help, humans as £ flesh interfaces and consciousness/mental health co-opted (eg Rogan advocating for dmt to divs). Another is which companies are behind the drive to trial medical cannabis in Britain (which I’m for but this is massive capital investment sector) with Europe the next market opening

At a push, you could even look at certain facets of the Monroe Institute. I’m mildly obsessed by the Gateway Experience because of (as hippy bollocks as it sounds) a weird meditation experience once

I assume this gateway voyage is a non-chemical/psychedelic way to tap into that shared consciousness hum sensation that acid can sometimes infer? I'd never heard of this before

Anyone looked into the MKUltra angle re: certain American serial killers? @william_kent @luka @Corpsey @WashYourHands ? I've heard mixed things about Chaos and Programmed to Kill, but apparently they both deal with that stuff.

There is a decent paper about serial killers with military experience that did the rounds a few years back-

Anonymous sites like 4chan are probably perfect for scouting marks. Then onto WhatsApp and just keep feeding them. The recipe is probably very simple.

If the FBI using the internet to cultivate shooters and terrorists is the latest development of stuff like MKUltra then it says a lot about the internet and American public health that they're able to do with conversation and memes what people were trying to do with elaborate drug experiments a few decades ago and on a much larger scale.

That being said, MKUltra was a CIA thing and the agencies don't necessarily get along so maybe there's a convergence here of programs specific to the FBI like COINTELPRO and modern technology producing similar results rather than this being a clean line from MKUltra through to whatever's going on now.

The feds nudging the mentally ill and political extremists along feels like different territory to explicit mind control experiments, but maybe the latter just isn't even necessary when you can do the above.

You read this stuff about the mysterious deaths at Fort Bragg? One bloke they even found with his head taken off.

In total, a staggering 83 active-duty soldiers stationed at Fort Bragg died in the 18 months ending June 2021, according to data obtained by Rolling Stone. Only 11 of these deaths were from “natural causes.” Many, perhaps a plurality, were suicides. But in no fewer than 33 cases, the Army has classified the cause of death as “undetermined.”

In other words, the Army can’t or won’t say how a whole platoon’s worth of soldiers died at its largest installation, home of the Special Forces, the Airborne Corps, and the Joint Special Operations Command.

Interaction with alien special forces coworkers, no doubt

I've seen someone suggest they're running experiments or black ops stuff and trying to cover up any casualties, but who knows. There are apparently a lot of drugs moving around, so maybe some of it's drug deaths and killings tied to trafficking along with freak accidents, internal friction and whatnot rather than anything too spooky.

Watched a few episodes of Mindhunter recently, ended up pulling up an old interview with the real Ed Kemper and was struck by his use of the phrase "coming in from the cold" in relation to turning himself in.

I know it's used more generally too, but my first thought whenever I hear that is spies and intelligence agencies.

The way he talked about other serial killers was odd too. There's a clip of him claiming there could be at least 35 of them out there at the time of the interview and that they didn't all want to "come in" like he did.

He was apparently obsessed with cops and cop shows too, to the point where he actually applied to be a cop and was friends with a lot of them - supposedly been on good terms with his guards as well.

Someone just linked me a page listing a bunch of audiobooks he's recorded whilst in prison. The thought of Dashiell Hammett read by Ed Kemper is a strange one.

Does anyone else occasionally feel violently about Tea? It comes in waves

Dissociative states are intriguing phenomenologically. You might find yourself driving to Devon tooled right up but unable to remember or figure out why, quite perturbed turning round at Worcester price of fuel too. Serial killers will be walking more in Britain

Ruptures are unpredictable but if you get your ten best psychics and occultists working on seeding suicidal thoughts on their target, even a placebo gives you a 30% bounce. Soviet era chess shenanigans are an adjunct internet cul-de-sac

Pretty much. If you look at how so much of that 4chan stuff is based on subliminal thoughts and paranoias that even Joe Bloggs can relate to, and then think that they have access to all the psychological science research, plus all the esoteric & exotic shit known to man, it's doesn't take much of a leap to think that 4chan would be an optimal incubator

That being said, MKUltra was a CIA thing and the agencies don't necessarily get along so maybe there's a convergence here of programs specific to the FBI like COINTELPRO and modern technology producing similar results rather than this being a clean line from MKUltra through to whatever's going on now.

Both teams can be playing games at the same time. No reason for them not to overlap. Outcomes could even be similar. Trivial cahoots? Who knows.

Several ways to skin an ostrich.

the first one he killed for disrespect, the second one was also disrespect but of a different vector and intent and the third likewise, while being, in the broadest sense, characterisable as disrespect, again varied in the subtle modalities of insult

they varied also in kill-method
1. suffocation inside plastic bag (peacocks)
2. a thousand cuts
3. neglect

If the three instances were not a series, were they perhaps remakes? He just couldn't stage it the right way the first two times.
