no. it's a myth that you need to be or should be knackered before going to bed though by all means jog on the spot for 20 minutes before turning the light off if you think it will help.

That may be why you're waking up in the middle of the night and finding it hard to get back to sleep - because you have regained enough energy to be at least semi-active.

This is certainly the case with me.

i sometimes have problems with this and it's really horrible. at the moment, touch the wood, it's been pretty good. the main factor for me
seems to be booze. even a little bit wreaks havoc. i last had a drink on the 12th of Febuary, and i'd had two weeks off prior to that binge.

is consumption of monster energy drinks a factor? I usually have just one cup of coffee a day, in the morning. if I have another one in mid/late afternoon, the additional dose of caffeine can disrupt sleep.

Sleep is LARGE% mental.

You can be totally physically exhausted but your mind can keep you up.

I slept for about 1 hour on Sunday night cos I was so worried about returning to work. It was slightly nightmarish. I was surprised at how well I could function on an hour's sleep though (although I wouldn't recommend it, I felt like utter shit).

i like how you've got all the Roman walls and buildings and ruins still lying about. they give you a good sense of the historical scene these games. much better than a dusty old book.

I can recommend the game dual n-back for mental exhaustion

I've started playing Bloodborne. 6 quid on PS store. Never played a Dark Souls game before and I am utterly addicted even though I can't get past the first fucking area.
