I have seen salmon skin crisps for sale in London's more exclusive groceriesI had salmon steaks tonight. Does anyone else here make 'salmon bacon' from the skin? It's amazing. You just fry the steaks skin-side down for a few minutes, then turn them over and carefully peel off the skin, then fry it separately with some salt on it to crisp it up.
