I eat a handful of raw baby carrots every day with my lunch. seem to be more substantial and filling than other raw veg like tomato or cucumber.

I had a revelation just now, which is that the skin of carrots is extremely thin and inoffensive, so if you're going to liquidize them in a soup anyway, peeling them is a waste of time. Just chop off the nasty end bits and you're good to go.

Can turn naughty
Broccoli with blue cheese and dried apricots, sweet potato mash, red cabbage sauerkraut and fried tempeh in coconut oil. Da bizniz

I got a pack of dried apricots a couple of days ago to snack on but unfortunately turned out to be the soft plump ones not the acidic tough leathery ones
