I disliked tofu for years but later realized that was because I'd only had it just chopped up and plopped in a salad. much better when it's stir fried or simmered in lots of spices or sauce. we make fake coronation chicken and fake Bahn mi sandwiched with tofu and I swear you don't miss the chicken or pork (both of which I still love, btw).

yeah there was noodles and tofu too but that makes it sound less funny
Yeah, it detracts from the image of you eating a pile of raw, unwashed vegetables, punching yourself in the face in between each bite in order to ward off any lustful temptations from Lucifer's ubiquitous infernal army.

I don't know much about tofu but thought it was all the same quality. Differences in firmness, obviously.

i mean, Laugh Out Loud, but on a serious note do you note detect a hint of wee smell in frying bacon? i find the smell really off putting.
I dunno, maybe very vaguely - probably more so if it's low quality bacon or has been sitting around in the fridge for too long.

But by the same token, cabbage and many types of beans can already smell a bit farty.

i dont think cabbage smells nice either. all i was saying is that bacon smells nasty. as do all sorts of other things. eg piss, farts, cabbage, subway 'bread' etc
