my idea of heaven is the smell of a bakery, and the assortment of freshly baked breads and treats. I love baked goods.

I think the issue is that I had a big line of speed, and then I smoked a load of crack and then i went on the internet and talked utter bollocks. That's gonna be a hard one to resolve.
i really think we need that tiktok of your weekend that was proposed by someone else in another thread

Rich do you ever get what the speed freaks in 60s San Francisco referred to as "motor spirit" which is amphetamine Psychosis?

No but I'm not really a big amphetamine guy. We have a good friend in Russia who was though. He used to smoke meth every day and never really sleep. He used to manage a factory. Liza was quite worried about him, she would often say things couldn't go on like that. Evidently his family agreed and one day they had him sectioned- which in Russia basically means you are seized against your will and locked up without trial. After a while he was allowed one phone call a month. He's out now but not supposed to associate with people deemed a bad influence... which sadly, for some reason, includes us.
This song reminds me of amphetamine psychosis

We've had a load of friends from Dusseldorf staying either with us or near to us for the last few days. Well, they live in Dusseldorf (or Cologne in some cases in fact) but almost none of them are German. One of our closest friends is from Georgia and yesterday we found ourselves quite near to the Georgian restaurant Tree Story (never understood that name, sounds like something that has been mistranslated I always think) and we decided to visit there cos we've enjoyed it a few times, but we never know how "authentic" it is so we wanted Luka's opinion on it. And the food was fucking great I have to say, plus they have added some Georgian wine to the menu and some lamb dishes, both of which were strangely lacking the first time we went there. This time though they did not have kinkaly on the menu which was weird, we asked about it and they said they can do it but you need to let them know a day in advance. Anyway, we were all pleased to learn that according to Luka it is the real deal and so we can relax knowing that the food we like is proper Georgian and we can count ourselves as connoisseurs and gourmands, rather than philistines who were foolishly tricked into liking something that wasn't even real!

Khatchapuri no doubt. This restaurant has several versions - basic, double cheese, triple cheese... we had the basic.
It also offered the kinda boat shaped bread with eggs cheese that you often see in Turkish places in London (or something very similar anyhow).
They also had something called cheesy rice on the menu which was the only thing he reckoned was bollocks cos he'd never heard of it and they don't really eat rice in Georgia.

These are called pide (pronounced 'pee-duh', I think - more or less). I was talking with Tom once about these and he said he liked them very much. I said that, by his own admission, this made him a pide-phile.
