i'm in a good running rythm right now. thought my ancles were chronically fucked, but i'm keeping it at bay for now

2 runs a week. 5k in 21 minutes the other day. See if I can get it down to 20.

I went for a run for the first time in years the other day and it was horrible. I was gassed within a minute, my bottom teeth got all tingly and I had to lean on a wall.

you dont need trilliam biceps but you do need to do the bare minimum. keep things in order. what a drag.

Consistency's the toughest part of exercising. I exercised every day for close to two weeks then about five days ago missed a day and haven't gotten back into it yet.

good point, there can be a drop in animal spiritis and vitality for any number of reasons eg weather or interpersonal realtions

tbh quality of movement is kind of the CF/fitness frontier and has been for a while now
This dude is super interesting from a mobility perspective. I might sign up to his class next month. I've done a few of the free ones and it's obvious that yr mobility would skyrocket if you committed to it, would help with injuries etc.
