I'm the wrong shape to do Olympic weights. Long levers, hard to control that barbell when it gets in motion, doesn't mean I didn't have a great time doing it. It's better for people with more compact frames. I wasn't especially well co-orodinated before I did martial arts but doing so led to loads of improvement and again, I loved it.but even so there are things our bodies are more fitted for than other things
