I liked the shouting in that video. The guy behind has a huge neck tattoo so I don't think he's aiming for a straight face. Probably can't wait to get off the platform and eat 10 pounds of pasta and cheese so he can end up like his hero.

This isn't as freakish at all but I like watching this guy's videos (he's an amazing climber)

It feels like a breath of fresh air in my squalid flabby life to watch these preposterously healthy and good looking Nordics at work.

It makes me feel like there is a heaven on earth, even if I'm banished in advance from it.

I've not really exercised in about a month, btw. I got sick of doing resistance bands in my room. Maybe I should do it in the park, but I think that will be embarrassing.

i did a health check last week they said my heart rate is too high. gotto go back in july and wear a device for 24 hours to see if everything is okay and it wasn't just tension or stress. also had a bit too much cholesterol, probably due to smoking and drinking. i need to witness the fitness as well i think.

did you guys ever do one of those tests? they look into your blood, urine, lungs and heart.

We saw a couple of guys doing that on the beach and all of my friends were laughing about it for days on end. Quite subtly though at the time so they couldn't tell. Probably everyone else on the beach was too. I rose above it obviously but I'm just saying.

It might have been the way they were doing. There was one guy bossing another round which is always a potential comedy situation I suppose.

The key to getting started is just to only do as much as you're comfortable with. If you go in and feel like you have push yourself out of the comfort zone, you will just feel anxiety about it and stop working out altogether. Don't work out so hard you get sore for days, that's ridiculous.

What usually happens is once you get started, you will feel better and start pushing yourself automatically. But start each session with low requirements.

I reckon could probably give him the slip... but yeah, if he got you in his chubby little bear-hug I think that be the end of the line.

I have sometimes thought, when at the gym, that it's unfortunate some of these people are building their strength.

Some of them look the types to misuse that strength. (Probably I'm stereotyping in some cases...)

One thing I've read somewhere is a lot of super hard men now all do MMA training. There was a famous villian who got nicked a while back who was a pro MMA fighter.
