The problem is that the definition of 'reasonable' is precisely what's up for debate.

By your criterion, if 83% of Japan thinks vaccines are not sufficiently safe then either the safety criteria used are actually fine and they're anti-vaxxers or they're not and they're not.

Fair enough, but that's a heck of a lot of people who are supposedly wrong about something they've largely experienced directly.

Which is horseshit, because rates of severe adverse reactions to vaccines are very low. They wouldn't be licenced for use otherwise.

Are you next going to tell me that mediaeval people hanged "witches" because they had personal experiences of being cursed?
