Why are the people actually designing the tech let off the hook? They don't have to do it. They're as much at fault as anyone else.

But if consumers are happy enough with the "ads for free software" exchange, and prefer it over subscriptions, and if governments aren't banning things, why are we blaming the entrepreneurs who provide what people are asking for (and preferentially using)?
Because the governments and "entrepreneurs" are often purposefully manipulating the consumers, or allowing others to do so. They have more influence over and awareness of the game.

What I used to do was alternate between,

- warm up
- 1 minute plank (push up position)
- 1 minute side plank
- 3 x 12 bicep curls
- 3 x 12 side lateral raises
- 6 x 10 push ups
- 6 x 10 diamond push ups
- 6 x 10 dips
- 1 minute plank (forearms)
- 1 minute side plank
- warm down

And,

- warm up
- 1 minute plank (push up position)
- 1 minute side plank
- 6 x 60 crunches
- 2 x 12 flat bench lying raises
- 2 x 24 side leg raises (each side)
- 6 x 5 squats
- 1 minute plank (forearms)
- 1 minute side planl
- warm down

I try to do everything as slowly as possible and just do as many as I can whilst I can't do the full routine. I also do ankle exercises and general stretches throughout the day.
