I'll give you some advice as well, when you turn it on, it starts quite quiet. I advise going as loud as you can, cos that first crackle on the first song is proper magic

Yeah you prob heard the odd song but the trouble is that they often clip the intro to I wanna be adored and remove the bridge of I am the resurrection, as a whole album it's really good

I think there's a version with fools gold tacked onto the end but that's not right. Fools gold is its own thing and needs its own space. Stone roses album is perfect because it ends on i am the resurrection

If stone roses were dissensus people, I think Ian brown would probably be Luka. Droid or Eden would be squire. Maybe Mani would be patty. And reni would be leo or rich

Someone else I know who was in a band said that before they became the stone roses, they were pretty gothy and had a rep for being nasty and a bit fighty

If you were gonna put a prince album in, which one would it be? I would vote diamonds and pearls or symbols, but I know both of those are not even considered prince canon

Actually now I think about it, maybe Barty would be Ian and luke could be reni, cos of the hat really. I think whoever is Ian brown needs long hair and a cavalier side

I saw them at v97 as well. They had some tunes didn't they. Sweet lads. Bet they are all doing the lord's work nowadays. Ocean colour scene I've less time for. Yes, ok, riverboat song. But what else? Fuck all mate. I tell you who I love. Ash.

I'm glad drill is not canon. I think dissensus is actually a bit anti the album as a form. Lot of onehit wonders seem to be popular here. Which is fine, why not. Alot of top dissensus artists never even had albums. Pick a Wiley album. You wouldn't.
