I once had an orange juice addiction. And I mean addiction in the traditional sense. I would wake up with the thirst and couldn't fall back asleep until I chugged some.

I once knocked a full cup of orange juice on my mate's head when he was sleeping on my floor. He didn't even react really. His eyes flicked open and he just had this look like "ffs" then went back to sleep. I had to try so hard to stifle my laughter as I thought he might explode at any moment.

crazy to think it's been four months without going to restaurants, bars, cinema, museums/galleries, music venues.
As the father of an eight-month-old, this has bothered me considerably less than it would have done otherwise.

Having said that, I'm missing the Sunday afternoon jam sessions and I hope they can start up again soon.

I’d smash a Mars bar, just one. It must been 25 years since the last consumption, but one caught my eye in Tesco earlier.

Wonder if you froze it, then baked it in the core of a cake mix, cutting into it would reveal this diabetic gloop.

Hmmm.

I'm more into savory than sweet (hence the peanut addiction) but do enjoy a good dessert (or "pudding", as you say). I like chocolate but reach my limit pretty quickly, can't imagine downing an entire snickers bar nowadays, although I certainly had my share as a kid.

it's rhubarb season, love it. simmer it until it turns into a marmalade-like spread, add in some sugar to balance the tartness but not too much. let it cool, then keep it in the fridge. plop some into morning yogurt/overnight oats, or just have it for dessert with some whipped cream.
