Does anyone know what's up with Jak drip*drop's blog? That was one of my favourite music spaces over the summer. Just hoping he hasn't disappeared from the 'sphere. Maybe he's here?

sorry, heading back to uni kind of killed my flow.

i quote from blackie lawless fanclub:

what this blog is about

- music that has made me happy, made me think, made me feel something.

what this blog is not about

- crap music
- beef with other blogs, messageboards, individuals. (fight the real enemy people.)
- bitching and whining
- anything other than music

I think my blog started to take a little too much from the second list and much too little from the first. I think i'll return soon, i've thought about about writing about various things recently (peel, all the pirate grime shows i've been hearing now south london is my ends, some electro-acid house i've been buying) but decided there were people far more qualified/clued up than me writing about these already.

mainly an issue of time though. i'm going to a strange hackney click-house club on saturday feat. jay haze... maybe i'll write about that

hi jack - i completely understand. i've been overwhelmed by school myself and i'm never sure if me writing in a blog is at all worthwhile. i've really enjoyed yours though. glad to know you're still around. cheers.

i also feel that when u get to the point where you feel you almost HAVE to blog, it's time for a break...i reached a point where i just had very little to say and yet still felt compelled to post to "keep my blog alive"...now, i will only post when i feel like it, whether that is once every few days or once every few months...otherwise it can feel like a homework assignment

but, yeah, i LOVE dropdropdrap, too...and ill link to ya again when/if you post again, jack :D
