Trains

There's a film starring Hugh Grant, Malcolm McDowell and Raquel Welch's daughter called Night Train to Venice where Grant's on the Orient Express being pursued by a gang of Neo-Nazis and McDowell just sort of hovers around smirking and being enigmatic and seems to be The Devil or some sort of evil magician. It's bonkers. Also one of the worst films I've ever seen.

@craner , have you seen it?

No, it sounds amazing.

Sounds like the one with Hugh Grant on a cruise liner which is also kinda nuts and, arguably, not conventionally good. It's Polanski I should say.

was there ever a good movie set on a train?
Interesting counter point to my "All songs about trains are good" axiom.
But there must be a half decent take on Murder On The Orient Express... also The Lady Vanishes of course.
