Self help

OK I decided I’m a guru. Might as well be. I don’t have any expertise yet but I understand and believe at a very deep level that I’m here to show people the way. That’s the important thing. Was hoping you all could help out with some of the tips and hacks or just some encouragement. What do I need to know and do first?

what helps, although it may not be essential, is clear skin and lustrous eyes.

more than charisma you want to project benevolence and a certain simplicity of spirit.

what people want to buy from you is ease in the world, joy, and trust. so go to the mirror now and try to project these things,,

the crux of it being the representation of the spiritual state you have yourself attained and can help others to attain

Eckhart Tolle, author of "The Power of Now," explores new kinds of clarity at life's crossroads.

more than charisma you want to project benevolence and a certain simplicity of spirit.

This simplicity of spirit is key, a hyper relatability that could be seen in some ways as a complete spinelessness. So how do you maximise appeal and yet speak to everyones dreams? What do you avoid talking about?

With someone like tolle words like oneness and consciousness will be used without too much explanation. In fact analysis of what they mean might be actively discouraged. Thinking mind! Source of unhappiness.

You can’t be a little bit of a self help guru, and nobody lets you know when you are one, no exams or anything. So you might as well decide you’re a life expert Now. and start telling people what to do today.

The thinking mind is bad but also you don't want to make people feel stupid. This isn't for me, too many big words, I don't understand.

I often think about whether this is something I could do in good faith. I think st the moment, probably not, cos I've got some edges and sharp corners that need sanding down. I not ready to be completely nice yet. 90% nice but I still have some other urges.

It’s a difficult balance to strike with this kind of pop psychology. You have to leave out a lot to connect with the masses. The strategic sprinkles of neuroscience here and the dumbing down there
