I actually went to Nottingham for undergrad and Bristol for MA.

The only question now is, where do I go next?

LCC to do Sound Art & Design but sacked it off after a year because there wasn't enough learning how to make cool sounds. Enrolled and showed up for the first couple of weeks of classes of the following 2 years to get the student loan and then spent it on music gear, drugs and trips to India etc. Easily the right decision. Was cool to have David Toop around giving the occasional lecture, though

oh really? It's a very good university for French, the very best, but a notoriously poor one for the sciences so that reflects very badly on Mr Tea. no wonder he didnt volunteer the information

The academic establishment is begging me to join it, but I just don't know if they can offer me the massive renumeration the advertising industry can.

Of course this doesn't matter so much now I'm quitting my job and becoming a vegetarian, as per The Teachings.

i went to study architecture after high school for one year and got 0 points at the end of the year. i thought all of my drawings, maquettes and creations were the best but they kept saying my painting and drawing was done too quick and wild and they said my maquettes looked cool but i didn't glue them properly and i didn't make them look neat. half of my class consisted of kids whose parents were architects theirselves. also, they kept changing the schedule so i'd wake up really early, turn up and realize the course had been rescheduled. i missed a lot of exams that way, exams i learned for. it exhausted me.

it made me feel the real challenge was keeping up with the schedule and not the actual study itself. you'd get your points if you'd do everything neat and had the discipline to check what time the courses took place.

University is a bit like a training facility for social conformity.

Although if you listen to Joebrogan it's a training facility for anarchists.
