I'm just expressing something very basic about left wing politics . That it is at root a mass movement pitched against a smaller class of established wealth and power.

It is the leveraging of numbers against that entrenched power, in its weakest form, to gain concessions, at its strongest to sieze power for itself, by force if necessary.

That's the crude arithmetic of politics as power struggle
