I started one about mass shootings a year or two back, which could be co-opted I guess.

NRA, which is incorporated in NY, is being investigated by the NY attorney general state justice department. I think they are declaring bankruptcy here and planning to relocate and reincorporate in more gun-friendly Texas.

that being said, they are in trouble, even beyond the NY investigation. used to be a major political force, yet you heard hardly a peep from them on the last election.

Anyway, I'm sure you all (well Version for sure, maybe Leo) have seen the news today about the My Pillow guy going to meet The Donald at The White House and how on the paper he was carrying if you zoomed it in said all this stuff about Insurrection Act and Martial Law etc etc

Something similar played out on Twitter the other night, while I had insomnia, but was dead by 8am - people seeing footage of the National Guard in DC and swearing blind that Trump had passed the Insurrection Act, the troops were going to arrest Pelosi, etc.

My £5 punt is: Biden gets shot, 'Warriors'-style, during the inauguration. Kamala becomes president. "A day of unprecedented evil".
