Spinoza is the rare example of someone who never did - also what allowed him to remain intellectually independent

but it's wild the influence Joe Rogan wields at this point

I've been following MMA on and off for a long time

if you had asked me 10 years ago what c-list American media figure will rise to national prominence I would not have guessed Joe Rogan

having said that, when he actually knows a topic like he knows martial arts, he's a solid commentator, and obviously charismatic

yeah taekwondo some silly elements but the kicks are gnarly if you can actually land them in a fight, which is easier said than done

Still find it bizarre he was in NewsRadio. I remember seeing a clip and being like "Wait, is that Joe Rogan?!".
