since this is MY thread, that's enough of that, i also have loads of smoking paraphernalia in my pockets at all times, tobacco, box of filters (which inevitably gets knackered in there), papers, several lighters, in fact that's the main thing in my pockets, more important than any of the stuff @Leo lists

you carry credit cards so you don't have to carry lots of cash. if a card is lost or stolen, it can be immediately cancelled, so you don't lose anything. how much cash do you carry around when you go on your 100 pound drinking binges?

those must be substantial pockets, woops. Is it uncool to carry a shoulder bag? the French probably have some sort of stylish man purse.

woops is currently defrosting his freezer. just recieved an email informing me of the fact. defrostation day.

i had a power cut for 24 hours, which led to a load of food getting ruined and a thick level of ice forming at the bottom of the freezer. 24 hours of defrosting later the ice is still very solid

i've prised most of the ice out now with a bread knife, plus the pastry in a tube that was frozen solid into the ice gonna give it a bit longer for the remaining ice to melt.
