What I used to do was alternate between,

- warm up
- 1 minute plank (push up position)
- 1 minute side plank
- 3 x 12 bicep curls
- 3 x 12 side lateral raises
- 6 x 10 push ups
- 6 x 10 diamond push ups
- 6 x 10 dips
- 1 minute plank (forearms)
- 1 minute side plank
- warm down

And,

- warm up
- 1 minute plank (push up position)
- 1 minute side plank
- 6 x 60 crunches
- 2 x 12 flat bench lying raises
- 2 x 24 side leg raises (each side)
- 6 x 5 squats
- 1 minute plank (forearms)
- 1 minute side planl
- warm down

I try to do everything as slowly as possible and just do as many as I can whilst I can't do the full routine. I also do ankle exercises and general stretches throughout the day.

I'm curious to know what American sophisticate Limburger makes of this

You know this was the annoying thing about jump up, those midrange melodies that sounded like they came out of a synthetic flute dipped in crack.

So @luka is not exactly right here, I don't like this kind of pounding moron music, it has to be more to do with tanks and machineguns

This kinda shit is apparently huge in Russia.

i really like the bee gees as it goes, always have, particularly this song

they are from manchester as well
I really like the song ‘I started a joke’ its interesting because it’s before they went disco and is in fact a very melancholic song but still has that same comic element their hits are famous for.

I hate people putting you in hilarious headlocks and stuff... maybe a hangover from my WWF village yokel upbringing.
as a way of avoiding hugs I developed this move were I’d beat the back of my hand against friends chests in a kind of sportsman big play congratulations way but I don’t do it anymore. Felt good though

I remember well a sophomore year experience at the cafeteria with a senior. "Indie rock died in the 90s, everything since is just a ripoff." "No, there is nothing remotely interesting happening in Funeral."

It died in the 80s tbf, or was actually rendered obsolete by Wire. Noise rock though, thats another story.

is that indie? I dont think 'covered by pitchfork' makes it inherently indie. Newsom doesnt sound anything like the popular conception of indie music. The working definition on here at least seems to be bands like Bodega//

sounds like really bad turkish singer songwriter music.

Yildiz Tilbe did one that got into the charts and it was ok, but one wants a proper basa nova or tango orchestra. fill the room with a big sound, even if in mono.
