Furtive Aspirant​

Desperate Initiation.​

Roads silvered by the sun.

Roads which look like rivers.​

Spires of spun glass.

Steeples of pig iron.​

fritillaries of bird-dust.
Initiate. At the beginning.
The threshold.
These are auguries of the desperate and down-at-heel.
hurling unheeded prophecies,
at startled passers-by.

Buttonholing strangers in the confines of buses,
and in the limbo of train stations and waiting rooms.
wait then, and listen a while.

We measure time by the opening of flowers and the falling of leaves and so conclude that time never passes.
All combinations must be exhausted.

undisturbed bearing of an elderly diplomat
who has always enjoyed the most comfortable of postings.
I offer a benificent smile to the world at large.

The bread and the wine symbolise the willing acceptance of the deal. Embrace material conditions. green mesh. The flesh, the blood, the need to eat. The body, the GNOSTIC HELL.
Every time the body is left, the ritual of return must be enacted. Thank you for the flesh. For the blood which surges, the rivers of blood which transverse the body. The machine, the avatar which negotiates the material world. Only through the avatar can material conditions be altered.
