Does concern me, honestly. Not sure how it (edit: droughts that is) works geologically/climatologically etc, but I do have neighbors that depend on other neighbors for water. We've all got wells that have this or that amount of water below. I spare flushes, and use grey water for either plants or compost. In fact the sink was already hooked up to drain into a planting area, but that makes sense, because where else could it go?
Anyway, the notion of a drought does concern me. I plan on using leftover materials to build some kind of troughs to catch the snow, which can perhaps be rationed out among plants. Not sure.
