Everyone seen this? Seems like big news just filtering out now.

The Trump administration acknowledged on Sunday that hackers acting on behalf of a foreign government — almost certainly a Russian intelligence agency, according to federal and private experts — broke into a range of key government networks, including in the Treasury and Commerce Departments, and had free access to their email systems.

Watched this last month, and the CSIS guy (edit: that is, James Lewis) mentioned how his friends/acquaintances in the Russian government told him they were surprised when the US did nothing to react to, or acknowledge, the Russian interference. It was a passing comment, but it was so low key it actually convinced me that there was interference. Not a ton of people watch these talks, and most many who do are already insiders.

I was watching RT yesterday. They were pushing the political correctness gone mad line pretty hard. Not in reference to this, just as their line. Recognised a lot of the content and contributors from YouTube.

following that stuff is no different than being a Star Wars or Harry Potter fanboy. except this is IRL, of course. but it's the same gushing youthful eagerness/exuberance to track every detail, "OMG, can you believe what they're doing??!!"

meanwhile, trump hasn't said one word about it. almost every branch of our government has been the victim of hacking for more than six months, and he doesn't say one word. because he's still tickling Putin's balls.

They didn't just hack the US government. They got into some stuff over here and in a few other countries too.

Watch this - Navaltny interviews one of his would be assassins. I know John Le Carre passed last week. I feel he would have written this turn of events of as much too preposterous.

I saw CNN (I think) doorstepped one of the accused poisoners but they just basically slammed the door in the reporter's face.
