Choon of the Century

the original version has more impact, but the RT version is longform fun - see if you can spot the big haired guy from a distance, watch as he hears the siren call of the drum & bass, marvel as he muscles in centre stage - good supporting cast as well, the dreary grey haired activist boring everyone around with his monotonous whine, driving the RT cameraman away to seek out the real action

as the cameraman is trying to get away from the droning guy there is a moment where a woman with a placard is getting a bit giddy and her, I presume, boyfriend moves in to tell her "we're going home now".. it's full of small moments like that...

That list is horrendous.

I'm basically biased against any music that came out pre world war 2, and most of the music that came out after it.
So your musical high point was 1939 - 1945? The only tune I am confident in dating to this period is when someone added the lyrics about Hitler's balls to Colonel Bogey

Oh apparently White Cliffs of Dover and We'll Meet Again and genuine songs of the era not, as I suspected, repurposed from an earlier time.
Also apparently Run Rabbit Run is from 1939 and I like that cos my Nain used to sing it to me.
