Alex from franz ferdinand was formerly in the yummy fur, totally lo-fi and utterly diehard diy band. Pre-internet when it was still somehow a viable aesthetic. Very un-dissensian in that you could make a jungle record in your bedroom instead.

Yes indeed. I was gonna mention it but thought it might put you off further.
You know Sexual Harrassment - I Need A Freak I reckon when you hear it. Though it is a weird name for a band, not sure what they were thinking. Great tune though.
