I truly believe that the best hope for our species' survival in the coming century lies in the selfless actions of liberal billionaire philanthropists. Only they have the resources and vision to keep us all healthy and vaccinated, and they may even be able to do something about overpopulation, too.

In all the memecoin madness, someone behind Shiba Inu Coin sent Buterin a major portion of the supply, in order to convince others that it is a coin worth buying, etc.

Buterin donated what was at the time $1 billion worth of SHIB to the India crypto covide relief fund, and then "burned" the rest of his holdings, which were substantially more than that I gather, thus transferring that value to the rest of the supply, if I understand correctly.
