i wonder if it will be boring. i'll probably give it a go.

I want to like his stuff and it's often on things I find interesting, but it can be a slog to get through. Read that 'Deep State' piece on the new blog and it's just so dry. He clearly takes it seriously and spends a lot of time researching the stuff, but long essays on the specifics of financial instruments with the odd continental philosophy reference thrown in don't necessarily make for the most exciting read.
