I tried rewatching Sin City a while back and turned it off almost immediately as the dialogue was so painful to sit through.

Yes that's a truly awful film, I went with mates from school and they all loved it, I couldn't understand

The 80s version of Cat People is quite bad because of the billowing curtains. They stay in your mind; rest of the movie is well meh but drama eye candy but not really

There's a film called Dom Hemingway where Jude Law comes off like he's trying to do a Bronson impression which I turned off within a few minutes.

I've been curious about that one for a while because I like Paul Schrader's stuff, but my gut says it'll be a mess.

Did you watch the 1940s one? CLASSIC- swimming pool scene is famous. Watch the 80s one, it’s better than some things

I think the films I hate the most are probably just those middling, English dramas that always have those ensemble casts made up of people like Colin Firth.

The only Colin Firth film I remember being somewhat impressed by is A Single Man. I liked some of the shots in that one.
