interesting style in this young thug song: the muted midi mariachi trumpets

just remembered my all time favourite ukg vocal uses midi horns a bit

anthill mob also used them very very well. joie de vivre

core element of baltimore club too.

who can deny midi horns really. love them so much. this is one of the best songs ever and the midi sax is a big part of that

yyyaldrin hates brass too. i absolutely love it. sounds majestic like God.
i like almost all the songs posted in this tread and i like the use of repetitive horn melodies cause they do sound majestic yes, military also. i just can't stand saxophones in jazz, and i think that people who say they like those sounds are just pretending.

This is popcaan and skilli over a US beat but can't remember which, anyone know? Dunno if it's a proper 'midi' horn or a sample of a real one but who cares, had this stuck in my head all week.

So many of the songs in this this thread are like a boxer's intro music, Rocky vibes

Ha ha just remembered this cheesy house banger from when I was at school, one of the first CDs I ever bought. I remember thinking the skeleton in the video was so cool lol, so naff but I used to love this

that was one of those popular songs that used to make me feel sick. you know when the vibe of a song just feels so wrong to you that you feel sick? one of them.

I've somehow never heard that before, but I have been stuck in big groups of blokes with them all chanting the riff and throwing drinks around.

"Duh duh duh duh! Duh duh duh duh!"

It is utterly awful but what can I say, I've never been averse to a bit of cheese.

Plus I grew up in Cumbria
